Maritime Law is a dynamic field with grave questions to ponder upon and happenings to update oneself with. The Centre acknowledges that milestones remain to be achieved in the field of Maritime Law, concerning the possibility of exploration of innovative research avenues in an ever-progressing legal system. Keeping the same in mind, Centre for Maritime Law, National Law University Odisha presents to you “MariNe”.
“MariNe” stands for ‘Maritime News’ and started as quarterly official e-newslettter of the Centre, but now we will be making an overhaul where MariNe will now be published on monthly basis.
This newsletter encapsulates the developments, accomplishments, and strides undertaken by CML NLUO. As a testament to our commitment to scholarly dissemination and the pursuit of excellence in maritime law, this publication serves as a chronicle of our achievements, scholarly pursuits, and engagement in the maritime legal domain.
Throughout the specified timeframe, our dedicated team of researchers, faculty members, and scholars have actively contributed to enriching the discourse on maritime law through their insightful articles, research papers, and commentaries.
